Beth Henderson — Lead, Startup Programmes
Beth joined The GEAR in December 2024 to lead our Startup Programmes, bringing over 11 years of experience in corporate innovation, startup accelerators, and entrepreneurship. Originally from Melbourne, she moved to Singapore in 2021 to establish the local Startupbootcamp office and spearhead startup initiatives for multinational corporations.
At The GEAR, Beth leads the Startup CoLab Programme, creating impactful collaborations between startups and Kajima’s business units to accelerate innovation within the Built Environment sector.
